I'm a Senior in college, and known by my peers as the go to "intellectual authority for everything hip-hop". I post and review the best songs hip-hop has to offer, old and new. Most will be in the “underground” genre, considering that’s where the vast majority of hip-hop's true art resides these days. I update my tumblr daily with new music. Bliss n Eso - Reflections

Definitely my favorite song from their 2010 album Running On Air. This is the kind of song that gets better the more you listen to it. If you’re in the right kind of mood (smoking some ganja prior is highly recommended!), this song will straight up leave you in a reflective sense of awe and give you goosebumps. The lyrics are truly profound and extremely relatable. Bliss and Eso pour out their personal perspectives of life onto the track with a very poetic undertone…it’s some beautiful shit. The acoustic instrumental is also outstanding and perfectly suits the philosophical deepness of the song. The whole piece has a very organic sound that I absolutely love.
